Reflection on Today's Verse

As Christians, we should expect opposition and hatred from this world just as Jesus did. But remember this verse which serves as an encouragement for us to persevere in our faith while we stand firm in our beliefs and respond to hatred with love. And ultimately, our identity is rooted in Christ and it is through Him that we find the strength and purpose to go through the challenges of a world that may not always understand or accept our faith.

My Prayer

Heavenly Father, grant me the grace to respond to hatred with love, just as Jesus did. I pray that Your love shine through me even when faced with animosity or misunderstanding. Help me to love my enemies, to pray for those who persecute me, and to be a living testimony to the transformative power of Christ’s love. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.
