Bible Verse Reflection

Paul was a man of hardship. Take an examination of tough challenges he had to overcome when he wrote 2 Corinthians 11:22-33. His “present troubles” make the majority of our problems seem minor in comparison.

But, Paul could say confidently that the joy he’d be able to share when he was with Christ (cf. Col. 3:1-4) will be just as incredible with awesome blessings that his struggles are nothing when compared to. This glory could come to us too! This is a fantastic thing to hear.

My Prayer

All-powerful and holy God You are amazing magnificent, majestic, and glorious. I am grateful for Your unfailing love and saving me by Your grace. Father, most of the time, my faith is solid and I’m certain of my prospects. However, sometimes my faith may falter when I’m faced with serious problems.

Bring me courage and strength Lord, to confront those difficulties with the belief that they’re not significant when compared to the glory that You will be sharing with me when Jesus comes back. In Jesus Name, I pray. Amen.
