Thought and Reflection
We are released by Jesus from the most significant binding of all, our fear of God’s judgement. We are released from the laws that convict and ultimately leads to death. We are freed from God’s Spirit to not only do the purpose of the Law was intended to do and to also be freed from the punishment for death which the Law stipulated.
Through Jesus and through the Spirit’s strength we are set as God’s beloved children forever…
My Prayer
Dear God, I am grateful for Your mercy. You paid a high price for the gift to me. Forgive me for not letting Your salvation fill my heart with confidence and joy.
Bring me under the guidance of your Spirit to allow me to feel the joy and freedom of Your salvation. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
