Reflection on Verse for Today

As believers in Christ, this is both an encouragement and a challenge. An Encouragement, because as believers we are clothed in the righteousness of Christ and we are part of His beautiful and radiant bride, the Church. A Challenge because every day offers us opportunities to live out our faith in tangible ways contributing to the “fine linen” with which the bride is adorned.

We need to ensure that our lives echo the purity and brilliance of this linen so we can testify to the transformative grace and love of Jesus Christ.

My Prayer

Heavenly Father, guide my steps so that my actions, words, and thoughts are in harmony with Your will. I pray that the beauty of holiness shine through me not for my glory but for You alone. Help me to remember that every act of kindness, every word of encouragement, and every sacrifice made in love contributes to the “fine linen” of the Church.

In the mighty name of Jesus I pray, Amen.
