Thought and Reflection
Songs can make us feel agitated or provide us with relief. Songs can bring us back to a particular time or they can provide optimism for the future. However, most of us let the words and music of our songs for others to compose and never taking the time to compose your personal “new song.”
Today, why not write your own song of praise and gratitude to God. It doesn’t need to be anything spectacular, but simply sincere and praising God, the Father who is the source from which all joyous songs are born.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of music. Thank You for my song of praise and thanksgiving with a heart been filled with joy. In Jesus name I give You praise. Amen.
