Reflection on Verse for Today

Are we pursuing the things that truly matter, or are we getting caught up in the pursuit of approval and recognition? Are we seeking to cultivate a genuine relationship with God, or are we more concerned with how we appear to others? Are we meeting the genuine needs of ourselves and others, or are we neglecting them in favor of chasing after the wind?

As Christians, we must walk in humility while seeking authenticity and prioritize the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. And by so doing we will find true fulfillment both physically and spiritually.

My Prayer

Heavenly Father, I pray that You mold me to be more like Jesus each day… to value the things of Your Kingdom above all else. Teach me to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness trusting that You will provide for all my needs according to Your riches in glory.

I ask that Your light shine through me so I may be a true reflection of Christ’s love to those around me. Help me to trust in Your plans for my life and have the true commitment to walk in Your ways and seek to glorify You in all that I do.

In Jesus mighty name I pray. Amen.
