Thought and Reflection

How many times have you been disappointed by someone who you voted, been sabotaged by a trusted friend, neglected by a family member or let down by a pastor?

We love people and take care of them realizing that each person on this world are just like us — flawed human being that lives in the same way and has the same footprints like we do. Only one person deserves our complete faith. He demonstrated this by giving up the things that were most important to Him in order for us to feel His love.

Don’t place our trust in mere mortals. Only God will protect us. Let us put our trust in God!

My Prayer

Heavenly Father, you’re aware of the broken areas in my heart resulted from the failure of the people that I have met in my lifetime. Forgive me that at some point, I am adamant that I have occasionally felt dissatisfied with your ways due to the failings and inconsistencies among your people.

Bring me closer to you. Make me more generous in my heart towards those who do not. Make my faith stronger and solid in your presence Lord. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
