Reflection on Today's Verse
Our words, choices, and actions should help strengthen others. It is easy to speak without thinking or to focus on being noticed, but God calls us to consider whether what we do brings encouragement, peace, and spiritual growth.
Edifying others does not always require something dramatic. A patient response, a sincere compliment, a helpful correction, or a quiet act of kindness can build someone up. Today, we can ask ourselves whether our presence leaves people more encouraged, more hopeful, and more aware of God’s grace.
Personal Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gifts, opportunities, and words You have entrusted to me. Help me use them to build others up rather than tear them down. Give me wisdom to speak with kindness, patience to listen carefully, and humility to put the needs of others before my own recognition.
Let everything I do bring encouragement, peace, and spiritual benefit. May my life reflect Your love and help others grow stronger in faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
