Reflection on Today's Verse
Righteousness cannot be earned through our own effort or perfect obedience. The law reveals our need, but Christ provides the answer. Through His finished work, everyone who believes is given a right standing before God.
This truth frees us from constantly trying to prove ourselves worthy. Our salvation rests on Christ’s faithfulness, not ours. We still desire to live in obedience, but we do so from gratitude and faith… not from fear that we must earn God’s acceptance.
Personal Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for sending Jesus Christ to accomplish what I could never achieve through my own works. Help me to stop trusting in my performance and rest completely in the righteousness You provide through faith.
Teach me to live each day with gratitude, humility, and confidence in Christ’s finished work. Let my life reflect the grace I have received, and help me share this good news with others. In Jesus Christ’s name, Amen.
