Reflection on Today's Verse
Christian hope is not based on everything going smoothly. It rests on the faithfulness of God and the certainty that He is still working, even when we cannot yet see the outcome.
Patience in tribulation does not mean pretending that pain is easy. It means refusing to let hardship pull us away from faith. Prayer keeps our hearts steady because it turns our attention from the size of the problem to the strength of the One who carries us through it.
Personal Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the hope I have in Christ. When life feels uncertain, help me to rejoice in Your promises instead of giving in to fear. Give me patience during trials and strength to remain faithful when the road is difficult.
Teach me to continue in prayer and to bring every burden, worry, and need before You. Keep my heart close to You, renew my mind, and remind me that Your grace is sufficient for every season. In Jesus Christ’s name, Amen.
