Reflection on Today's Bible Verse

As Christian believers, we must challenge ourselves and assess where we place our energies and priorities in life. While it’s not wrong to strive for physical health or any worldly achievement, we must remember not to neglect the weightier, eternal matters. Investing in our spiritual well-being, nurturing a heart of godliness, is paramount.

My Prayer

Help me, O Lord, to strike a balance. As I seek to maintain good physical health, guide me to invest even more in my spiritual health. May the hours I spend in physical training be mirrored, if not exceeded, by the time I spend in Your Word, in prayer, and in nurturing a godly character. In Jesus mighty name I pray, Amen.
