Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day. — Psalm 71:8 KJV
My mouth is filled with your praise, declaring your splendor all day long. — Psalm 71:8 NIV
Thought and Reflection
Our mouths can be loaded up with food, obscenities, or gossip. Or on the other hand, we can decide for our mouths to be loaded up with acclaim for God and his loving grace. We can talk about numerous things and address various people about a wide range of subjects. Or then again, we can decide to proclaim the greatness, majesty, and splendor of our magnificent Father all during our day.
For what reason don’t we decide to commend God with our mouths and tell Him of His greatness and let others know of His grace as we go about today’s activities?
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, you are God of all creation and furthermore God of all grace. Thank You for Your kindness imparted to me in Jesus. Thank You for your strong triumph over death when you raised Him from the dead. Much thanks to you for your understanding with me as I now and again stagger, however am continuously craving to all the more impeccably mirror the personality of Jesus.
Help me, O Lord, to proclaim and to show my adoration and reverence for You all during this day. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
