Reflection
This expression implies their countenances won’t ever become flushed. In the event that we take our eyes of the Lord we might commit a humiliating sin, yet if we keep our eyes on Jesus, we won’t ever be characterized by our shame.
Look to Jesus for hope, strength, values, and light.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, help me to look upon You and seek You. Be near me as I face difficulties and temptations. Don’t let the evil one bring me shame because of my sin and weaknesses. Help me to be victorious over evil in my life for Your glory. In Jesus mighty name. Amen.
