Bible Verse Reflection

The Lord is God and we should not take for granted His holiness and Power. The amazing reality that God’s mercy is that: God, who thundered at Mount Sinai and spoke into the universe the amazing expanse, loves us and desires for us to come closer and be a part of His.

We can be in awe and reverence. We can worship with reverence and holy fear. We are safe since our faith is not what is human, what is temporary and what is a risk.

My Prayer

Dear Father, forgive me for the many times I have ignored Your grace through inappropriate words and irresponsible behavior. You are God alone. Only You are worthy of our praise.

We thank You for not only being powerful and holy and mighty, but also for being close and offering me a place of safety and refuge. Teach me Your ways day by day. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
