Reflection
What do we discover when we conduct an honest analysis of the ways in which we spend our time and money, the topics that occupy the majority of our thoughts, and the areas in which we exert the greatest effort? Is our obsession with God all-consuming? Is he the first love we’ve had?
My Prayer
It is difficult not to be able to see your face, Dear Father, but I know that my lack of perfection prevents that from happening in the presence of your magnificent holiness. Please make your presence known in my life as I seek you with all of my heart until the day that I see you face to face in paradise. Until that day, I will seek you with all of my heart. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
