The way of the Lord is strength to the upright: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity. — Proverbs 10:29 KJV
The way of the Lord is a refuge for the blameless, but it is the ruin of those who do evil. — Proverbs 10:29 NIV
Thought and Reflection
What is your wellspring of safety, hope, assurance, and protection? The way of the Lord is a shelter, a strength, a position of safety.
We should ensure we carry on with our lives there, realizing that God’s commands and requests for righteousness are for our assurance and protection as well as for His glory.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, help me all the more impeccably find Your will and dare to build my life there. I would rather not follow bogus voices, nor would I like to be enticed away from Your reality and righteousness.
May Your will won’t just be my delight, yet also my refuge. In Jesus’ name I ask. So be it.
