Thought and Reflection
If we look through in the gospel of Acts and we read about the disciples overjoyed over suffering “for the sake of the Name.” Because Jesus has been able to triumphantly go through this kind of experience, we should view it as an honor to be a part of His pain, not only a hardship.
The reality of our faith is usually best demonstrated to those who doubt us when we’re “under fire.” Therefore, let us be faithful in the face of attack and be happy for the fact that we’ve seen through Jesus the results when God’s children are faithful, even at the expense of their lives.
My Prayer
What a wonderful Name You’ve given to your Son, LORD. It is a Name that should be honored throughout the world and all the heavens until all hearts realize that He truly is Lord. In Jesus name and to His glory I ask. Amen.
