Reflection
Our reality has a emerging fascination with the occult and the world of evil spirits and black magic. It’s simple as far as we’re concerned to respond in one of two perilous ways: to downplay the truth of these things or to fiddle with them as issues of diversion or entertainment. God wants us to realize that these fascinations are dangerous in light of the fact that the detestable entities behind them are genuine and when we include ourselves in them, they defile us. God alone is God God and is to be worshiped without rival by His children.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for breaking the chain and hold of evil powers through Jesus death and resurrection. Deliver those whom I know and love that are ensnared somehow with fascinations with false gods and deceiving spirits. Revive Your church with your Spirit. Cleanse us to be holy people and living in accordance to Your will. In Jesus name. Amen.
