Reflection on Today's Verse
We are not merely servants standing far away from God, trying to prove ourselves worthy. Through Christ, God has brought us into a new relationship as sons and heirs.
This means our faith should not be driven by fear, bondage, or the pressure to earn God’s love. We belong to Him because of His grace. Our inheritance is not based on our performance, but on Christ’s finished work.
Today, rest in the truth that God sees you in Christ, not as a stranger, but as His own.
Personal Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for making me no more a servant, but a son through Christ. Thank You for the grace that brought me near and gave me an inheritance that I could never earn by myself.
Help me walk today with confidence in Your love and truth. Remove fear, doubt, and bondage from my heart, and remind me that my standing before You is secure because of Christ. Teach me to live like someone who belongs to You.
