Reflection on Today's Verse
Walking as children of light means choosing honesty over deception, kindness over cruelty, wisdom over carelessness, and faith over fear. It does not mean we will never struggle or make mistakes. It means we continually turn toward God and allow His truth to guide our decisions, words, and actions.
Today, we can ask ourselves: Does the way I live help others see the goodness of God? Even small acts of patience, forgiveness, and compassion can shine brightly in a world that often feels dark.
Personal Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for bringing me out of darkness and into Your wonderful light. Help me to walk each day as Your child, guided by truth, goodness, and love.
Remove anything in my heart that keeps me from reflecting Your light. Give me wisdom in my choices, kindness in my words, and courage to do what is right. When I feel afraid, confused, or discouraged, remind me that Your presence is with me.
May my life point others toward You and bring hope wherever I go.
