Thought and Reflection
After last night’s tripping in the darkness, I was thrilled to have a flashlight to help me avoid any unwanted “critters” when I reached into the shrubbery and turned on my water faucet.
But my joy is greater when I find Jesus, who illuminates me on my darkest nights and illuminates the future with His promises, illuminates the path with His truthful words, and lights up my hope each Sunday as a reminder of His victory over the grave.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, how can I ever thank You enough for the light of my life? Until my face reflects the light of Your glory, Christ will light my way. Thank You with this wonderful privilege. In Jesus name that I give You praise and honor. Amen.
