Thought and Reflection
We’ve all heard the expression: “Christianity is a relationship and is not a religion”, however, sadly, many in Christendom today have brought the pure and unadulterated Christian religion into disrepute through false doctrines, teachings of demons, flimsy predictions; greed and avarice which is the blatant mockery of biblical prophecy, a lack or respect towards the Lord and a revision on the meaning of Christ and an untrue understanding of the Word of Truth.
The times that we live in become more and more dark, may we be drawn towards the Lord each day, while we strive to understand more about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Let our heart’s desire be to reflect the longing desires of the apostle Paul who at the final days of his life demanded that he could be able to know Christ and the power of His resurrection, and share in His suffering, to ensure that our Christian faith may be pure and undefiled as well as our connection with Christ Jesus grow closer.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Word that is full of Truth along with the insight it includes. I ask You to help me live my life according to Jesus the Lord in close relationship with Christ to ensure that my Christian religion can be pure and unblemished in Your eyes.
I pray for the word I speak with my mouth will be kind as well that the work of my hands will be accomplished to Your glory and praise and that my life is an expression on Christ in me. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
