Thought and Reflection
We must strive to be the ones who are spiritual, and bear each other’s burdens with humility and kindness. Let us give up self and live in the light of God to grow in faith, increase in grace, lead an authentic, God-honoring, spiritual life, and be a genuine witness to the God’s love for us through our Lord Jesus Christ.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the lessons I’m learning about the importance of becoming a Christian and living out the commandments of Christ by trusting in Him and surrendering to the direction by the Spirit of God.
Let me grow in wisdom and grace as well as humility and gentleness so that by the power of Your Spirit, I will be spiritually able to help those in need, assist the suffering, carry those burdens that burden my sisters and brothers in Christ and restore those who have been enticed into sin, and so fulfill the Christ-like commandment of loving God to your glory and praise. This I pray in Jesus name. Amen.
