When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. — Colossians 3:4 NIV
Thought and Reflection
My world today is wonderful — beautiful weather, amazing church, a loving partner, wonderful children and blessed with everything I really require. But that will change. The life is a constant cycle of the passing of time. Love is a bond between imperfect individuals. Distinction due to geographical distance as well as death are inevitable to some degree.
The amazing blessing I enjoy in Christ however is that my real and eternal existence is with Christ in God. While things might be beneficial in my present life but they’re constantly at risk of being impacted by the passing of time. When Christ arrives, they’ll be pristine and unblemished by the evil, sin or decay. This is a good thing.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for your incredible and gracious grace that has kept me from the shackles of sin. Thank for Jesus resurrection from the dead which ensures my final transformation into life forever with You and the reunion after resurrection that I will share with all who are Yours. Thank You Lord, in Jesus name. Amen.
