Reflection on Today's Verse
The condition of our heart affects the way we see people, situations, and even ourselves. When we carry peace, honesty, and faith within us, it becomes easier to notice what is good. But when our hearts are weighed down by resentment, doubt, or negativity, our perspective can become clouded.
Sometimes the change we need is not around us, but within us. Today, we can ask God to help us see with a clearer heart, let go of what is making us bitter, and choose thoughts that lead us closer to Him.
Personal Prayer
Lord, help me keep my heart clean and my thoughts grounded in Your truth. When I become negative, suspicious, or easily offended, remind me to look at things with grace and wisdom. Take away anything in me that keeps me from loving others well.
Help me live with a sincere heart and reflect Your goodness in the way I think, speak, and act. Amen.
