Reflection on Today's Verse
It all starts with God, goes thru His might and ends with Him. Our talent, our opportunity, our relationship, our strength, even the mundane of each day is a gift held up by His grace.
It is simple to live as tho everything depended solely on ourselves. But this scripture tells us to view God as the source of every blessing and the faithful One thru every season. When things go well we can thank Him. When life is uncertain we can know He is still at work.
Personal Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for being the source of all the positive things in my life. Thank You for holding me, leading me and strengthening me every day.
Help me to realize that all I have comes from You. Make me modest in my success, faithful in my struggle, and thankful in all circumstances, Lord. Make my thoughts, words and deeds such that the life I live will bring honor and glory to You.
I know that all things are ultimately in Your control and I can trust Your purpose even when I cannot see the complete picture.
