Reflection on Verse for Today

The ability to forgive others is truly a wonderful gift. However, God is able to do far more than only forgive! He purges the memory and then moves on. His love is not weighed out or parceled out in a precise manner. If we truly seek him out as our God and Father, we are showered with the love that he has for us. Therefore, let us cry out and plead for God’s forgiveness while simultaneously praising the powerful and holy name of The Almighty. We may do this with complete assurance, knowing that our Father desires to bless us with goodness, mercy, and love.

My Prayer

Dear Father, I am calling out to you because I want you to know the significance of your love and forgiveness in my life. I am grateful that you demonstrated your love for me by sending Jesus to die on the cross and pay the price for my sin. Help me to live today as your child: may others see the delight I have in you and the passion I have for you as I attempt to live for your glory. I pray to you in the name of Jesus, my Lord and Savior. Amen.
