Thought and Reflection
God designed His creation to mimic Jesus in character and kindness. We are invited to take part in the divine nature of God and can be assured that we will be prepared for when Jesus comes again.
Every aspect of our lives is vulnerable to decay and corruption but not us — the ones who are united to Jesus! We are the ones who the promise of Peter gives us is a guarantee. The only way to fulfill it is to obey with all our hearts.
My Prayer
Almighty loving Father, thank You for Your amazing promises. I want to be closer to You and look up at Your face today, exactly as I think I will in the future.
Please guard my heart from enmity. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.
