Thought and Reflection

We should certainly pray for world leaders, nations, and those who are lost. In fact, Paul specifically urged us to pray for kings and other high-ranking officials, in order to live a peaceful and tranquil life, in all godliness, dignity, and for the Church, which is Christ. Yes, there are many instructions for Christians to pray, and to intercede.

My Prayer

Heavenly Father, I thank You for Your Word. Thank You for Your faithfulness to Israel and the kindness and grace that You have shown the Church. I am grateful for the many lessons I have learned from Your Word – Your goodness, grace and mercy, Your righteousness character – Your mercy nature and faithfulness towards Your people Israel and Your love for Christ.

Keep me faithful in prayer for presidents and kings and for Your people Israel. Thank You for giving me access to the throne to God in Christ to receive mercy and find help when I need it. I pray in Jesus’ name, AMEN.
