Reflection on Today’s Verse
The heart of the gospel is this: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners. Paul did not hide his past or pretend that he had earned God’s favor. Instead, he pointed to the greatness of God’s mercy and grace.
Let us then approach God with humility. None of us comes to Him because we are perfect or deserving. We come because Christ is gracious, merciful, and willing to save.
When we remember what Christ has done for us, pride gives way to gratitude. Our failures do not have to define us. His grace can forgive, restore, and transform us.
Today, remember that salvation rests not in how good we can make ourselves, but in the finished work of Jesus Christ.
Personal Prayer
Heavenly Father,thank You for sending Jesus Christ into the world to save sinners. I am grateful for Your mercy, Your patience, and Your grace.
Help me to remain humble and never forget how much I need You. When I look at my failures, remind me to look instead to Christ and what He has done for me.
Thank You that Your grace is greater than my sin and that salvation is found in Jesus Christ. Help me live today with gratitude, faith, and a heart that gives You glory.
