Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases. — Psalm 103:2-3 KJV
Praise the Lord, my soul, and forget not all his benefits–who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases. — Psalm 103:2-3 NIV
Thought and Reflection
Our God is a mighty God. He does not just define and defeats sin, but He also saves us from the penalty we deserve for our sins by resolving our transgressions and cleansing us from any unrighteousness. True healing is more than simply curing a body that is sick and we praise God for the many times He has done this throughout our life.
True healing means to be able to forgive and free us from things that degrade our spirits and causes our bodies and souls unhealthy. Only God provides the above “benefit” as part of His retirement package.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the kindness and grace that has pardoned, forgiven and cleansed me of my sins. I pray that You will never let me forget the joy of being forgiven and accepted into Your family. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus name I praise you. Amen.
