We’re not left to speculate as to what is the cause behind the fervor and urgency in this sincere appeal to protect your heart first of all since it is your heart that’s the main source and wellspring of all life. it is the place to store your treasures for the life of the soul – the treasure for truth, the storehouse of wisdom.
Christ lives in us, our truth, as well as our wisdom. The Lord examines the mind and the heart and we must protect our hearts from the truth of gospel that was poured into our hearts to know Him who has led us out of darkness to His shining light, and who has taken us from the gates that were closed to us by bringing us new life that is in Christ.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, I pray to keep my heart safe from everything. Check my heart, know my thoughts, and determine what is the most sinful ways in me.
Please guide me in the direction of righteousness. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
