Reflection on Today’s Verse
Imagine a beautiful picture of the generosity and love of Jesus Christ. Though He possessed the glory of heaven, He willingly humbled Himself and came into our world for our sake. His sacrifice was not forced upon Him; it flowed from His grace and love for us.
When we remember everything Christ has done for us, giving becomes less about obligation and more about gratitude. We can live with open hands because our greatest treasure is already secure in Him. Today, let the grace and generosity of Jesus inspire you to share His love with someone around you.
Personal Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the incredible grace You have shown me through Jesus Christ. Thank You that He willingly humbled Himself and gave everything so that I could receive forgiveness, salvation, hope, and eternal life.
Give me a generous heart like Jesus. Help me to share what You have given me—my time, resources, kindness, encouragement, and love—with those around me. Show me someone today who needs compassion, help, or a word of hope.
Keep my heart from becoming too attached to earthly possessions. Remind me that my greatest riches are found in knowing You. May my life reflect the grace and generosity of Christ so that others can see Your love through me.
