Thought and Reflection
Can you imagine a more terrifying scenario than God not giving us forgiveness for our sins? We know the price God paid to ensure our sins would be forgiven! We are aware of that He loves us so much.
We are aware of how much we want to be with Him! Why would He not grant His forgiveness? Because we show that we’ve either not received it, or don’t comprehend the concept. God is kind and He does not like people who do not show grace,
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, there are some who I find hard to accept forgiveness for. Now, as I’m praying, ease my heart through your Holy Spirit clean my soul from anger or bitterness and empower me to let go of the hurt that I have experienced in the past.
Help me to to forgive. I thank you for the grace that allows me to not only be forgiven but also to forgive. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
