Bible Verse Reflection
What a necessity to establish our faith upon a solid base… for us to be able to win the battle of faith and to keep our hearts in the loving arms of God. It is vital to keep in constant communion with God, by confessing our own sins, acknowledging our spiritual depravity and acknowledging that we need His direction and grace.
It is vital to immerse ourselves into God’s Word that is the Word of God and to live a godly life in Christ Jesus our Lord. How important to pray in spirit and in truth, because this will nourish our faith, feed our souls, keep us in fellowship with God the Father and allow us to endure the trials that lie in our path.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, I am aware that there are many risks and challenges in my life that threaten to destroy the faith I have in you. Help me to be devoted to You more and to get to know You better, to maintain Jesus as the main focus of my existence and to increase in grace and knowing Him.
I pray to give me the ability to recognize what is not from You, and ears to be open to the commands from the Holy Spirit and, in Your kindness ensure that I am under the protection of Your shadow. In Jesus mighty name I pray, Amen.
