Thought and Reflection
It is amazing to see the godly liberty God has given us in Christ, who has freed us from the yoke and bonds of slavery through the indwelling Holy Ghost Who is changing our lives in Christ each day into the image and likeness of the Lord Jesus Christ.
“May we be strong in the liberty Christ has given us, and not get entangled with the legalistic yoke of bondage.”
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, I am freed by Christ and no longer have to be bound by the Law. Thanks to the Holy Spirit’s work within me, I can live my life for others instead of for my selfish inclinations. Keep working in me and through my life so that I live a life pleasing to You that glorifies Your holy name.
Please keep me from falling back into legalistic practices. I know that grace has freed me through faith in Christ’s atoning work on Calvary. This is what I ask in Jesus name. Amen.
