FBI Probes Supreme Court Dobbs Leak Linked to Surge in Violence Against Churches and Pro-Life Organizations

The FBI has announced plans to revisit several high-profile unsolved cases, including the notorious leak of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Dobbs decision in 2022. This leak not only ignited a nationwide debate over abortion rights but also led to a disturbing wave of violence against churches and pro-life pregnancy centers across the country.

In a recent announcement, Deputy Director Dan Bongino shared that the agency is ramping up its efforts to address these unresolved cases. He stated that new reform teams will be in place soon, aiming to enhance the FBI’s investigative capabilities. "After swearing in, the director and I evaluated a number of cases of potential public corruption that have understandably captured public interest," Bongino explained. "We decided to either re-open or allocate additional resources to these critical investigations."

Among the cases being revisited are the investigation into the DC pipe bombings, the discovery of cocaine at the White House, and the Supreme Court leak that led to widespread unrest. Bongino emphasized the importance of public assistance, encouraging anyone with tips related to these matters to contact the FBI.

The leak of the draft opinion in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case, which ultimately overturned Roe v. Wade, was first reported by Politico in May 2022. This revelation set off a series of violent protests, with radical abortion activists vandalizing and attacking numerous churches and pro-life organizations. Following the leak, several incidents of violence were reported, including the arrest of a man near the home of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who was allegedly intent on harming the justice due to his stance on abortion.

While some individuals involved in the attacks on churches and pregnancy resource centers have been apprehended, many remain at large. The Supreme Court initiated its own investigation into the leak, but as of 2023, no suspects have been identified. According to a statement from the Supreme Court, extensive forensic analysis and interviews with around 100 employees yielded no conclusive results.

In addition to the Dobbs case, the FBI is also investigating the discovery of cocaine in the White House during President Biden’s administration. The substance was found by Secret Service personnel during routine checks. The FBI has committed to looking into this matter further, as well as the planting of pipe bombs near the Democratic and Republican National Committees on January 5, 2021.

As these investigations unfold, the implications for the Christian community and pro-life advocates remain significant. The violence that erupted following the Dobbs leak has raised concerns about the safety of churches and organizations that promote pro-life values. Many are hopeful that renewed attention from the FBI will lead to justice and accountability for those who have faced threats and violence.
