Thought and Reflection

Jesus helps us to remember the extraordinary significance of teaching. While we could have expected miracles and wonders emerging out of Jesus’ compassion, what shepherdless sheep most need is great, strong, sensible, viable teaching from an instructor who knows them and really focuses on them.

My Prayer

Heavenly Father, bless your Church with dynamic, compassionate, and compelling teachers. Please give your people, your sheep, a yearn for your Word and a readiness to practice it in our lives. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
