Bible Verse Reflection
As I am able to approach God in reverence and awe, because God is the most holy and magnificent God I do not have to be afraid of the presence of God. Thanks to Jesus along with God’s Holy Spirit, I am certain that God has been my Abba Father. He desires for me to be closer to him. He has revealed His love by sending Jesus.
He has demonstrated His affection by having Jesus sacrifice Himself for me. As He truly loves me so deeply, then I can be sure that His desire is to help and bless me. I do not have to worry about His presence, or even His judgment.
As a child the love of His heart has driven the fear out of my life to be replaced by love of His eternal presence and that is the Holy Spirit.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, I am grateful for the love that you have shown to me through Jesus. I am thankful for you providing an atoning sacrifice to pay for my sins and also for welcoming me to your family.
Father, please remove all my fears from my heart and allow me to walk with You and in Your name with a sense of purpose and character. In Jesus mighty name I pray. Amen.
