Bible Verse Reflection
God has sent his Son. Nobody else could do that. He has appointed priests, prophets, and even preachers. The religion of the world was a legalistic, earthbound and in danger.
Therefore, God gave us something that is important to Him: His Son. Why? Human beings as measly as me and you could be adopted into the family of God and enjoy similar rights to Savior, God’s Son, and our fellow Christian brother.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for returning me to the family of Your Son through His. I thank You that you did not treat me like my sins merit. Thanks for never putting me to the mercy of the Law and transforming me by grace into a vibrant loving relationship with You as Your child.
We thank You for your redemption plan which traveled throughout Old Testament history until the moment came to fulfill Your promises. Thanks for sending Your Son to redeem us. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ I thank you. Amen.
