Bible Verse Reflection

The Bible reminds us repeatedly that we are fighting spiritual battles with evil, malign, and strong forces. Every appearance of evil should be avoided. We should avoid any involvement in Satan’s work. 

We must also remember that our Lord is greater and He is faithful. He will not leave us to our enemies. If we allow Him, He will protect us from attack and strengthen us.

My Prayer

Heavenly Father, I thank you for giving me victory against Satan through your Son’s sacrifice, His resurrection from death, and His promise to return to take my home to heaven. Grant me strength and help to resist temptations and the deceitful enticements of the evil one. 

O Lord, only you are worthy of worship, service, and obedience. All glory in Jesus name belongs to you forever and ever. Amen.
