Bible Verse Reflection
Our God and Savior is the same yesterday, today, and forever, as His promises are unshakeable His mercy is new every day, and His grace is enough for all of our difficult problems, and every teasing fear.
He has promised to provide whatever we face in the present. If we could put all our burdens on Him, because He is concerned for us. Amazing is His faithfulness because the Lord, our God is our salvation and His blessings are upon His entire people all throughout time and eternity.
My Prayer
Heavenly Father, I am grateful to You God of heaven, thank You for Your example set by David who, in spite of the many enemies seeking to destroy him and in spite of the numerous trials and tragedies that he had to endure and overcome, remained a man who was after God’s own heart by placing his trust in You throughout the shifting situations throughout his journey.
Help me to put all my burdens upon You and rest in Your unconditional love trusting that You will promise that You will be able to provide the grace you need throughout the trials I might be required to overcome.
Help me to rely on You alone, and not be dependent on my own wits and skills when faced with the challenges of life in order that the love of Christ can be lived out within my life.. To Your glory and praise. This is what I request for in Jesus Christ’s name. Amen.
