Reflection on Today’s Verse
Authority is a responsibility entrusted by God, not a license to mistreat others. Those who lead, employ, supervise, or influence people are called to act with justice, fairness, and compassion.
No earthly position makes anyone greater in God’s sight. We all have a Master in heaven and are accountable to Him for how we treat others. Because we have received grace through Christ, that same grace should be evident in our leadership, decisions, and daily relationships.
Personal Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the grace and kindness You have shown me through Jesus Christ. Help me treat every person with justice, fairness, patience, and respect. Keep pride from my heart, and remind me that I am always accountable to You.
Give me wisdom whenever I am entrusted with authority or influence. May my words, decisions, and actions reflect the love and grace of Christ.
