He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much. If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches? — Luke 16:10-11 KJV
Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? — Luke 16:10-11 NIV
Bible Verse Reflection
Integrity is about being faithful to our values as well as to God, regardless of the cost. Being faithful even in small matters such as matters that involve money, is a crucial aspect of revealing the truth about our character as followers. How we spend just a few dollars will reveal a lot about the things we accomplish with the rest.
My Prayer
Lord, guide me to be a faithful steward of your blessings. Create in me a clean heart in all things of both size and importance. My words, actions and thoughts show your impeccable character as well as your freely-given grace. In Jesus mighty name I pray. Amen.
