Reflection on Today's Verse
Christian life is a life of transformation. The focus is not first on self-effort, but on beholding the glory of the Lord. As your heart and mind stay fixed on Christ, the Spirit works inwardly to change you. That change may not always feel dramatic from day to day, but God is steadily shaping you from glory to glory. He is not finished with you. Every step of growth, every conviction, every renewed desire to walk in truth is evidence of His gracious work in you.
Personal Prayer
Lord, thank You for not leaving me as I am. Thank You for the work of Your Spirit in my life, changing me little by little into the image of Christ. Help me to keep my eyes on the Lord and not be discouraged by slow progress. Teach me to trust Your work in me, even when I cannot see every change clearly.
Let my life reflect more of Your grace, truth, and glory each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
