Galatians 1:10 – Today’s Verse for December 4, 2025 Thursday

Reflection on Today's Verse from Galatians 1:10 - December 4th 2025

Reflection on Today's Verse

When Paul asked if he was trying to please people or God, he brought up a truth that many believers have trouble with: the desire for human approval is strong. People’s approval is not stable; they change, forget, misunderstand, and make mistakes. God doesn’t.

To live for Christ means deciding whose voice matters to you. Fear loses its grip when you put God first. The need to impress goes away. You start to walk in safety, freedom, and clarity. You stop bending over backwards to fit in and start standing up because you are already accepted in Christ.

Personal Prayer

Heavenly Father, thank you for reminding me that my worth doesn’t depend on what other people think of me, but on what You think of me. Help me learn to listen to Your voice above all others.

Please give me the strength to stand firm, the wisdom to do the right thing, and the desire to honor You in everything I do. Take away any fear of being turned down and replace it with faith in Christ. Help me to serve You with faith and joy.
