Reflection on Today's Verse
This verse reminds us of something very important: God didn’t just save us from darkness; He moved us. He put us in a new kingdom where His Son loved and ruled over us. This verse says that our spiritual “address” has already changed, even though life can still feel dark, confusing, or heavy at times.
We are not fighting for freedom; we are fighting from freedom. God has already moved us to a place of grace, safety, and light, even if we don’t feel it. Today, let’s remember that we are part of a kingdom where Jesus is king and darkness no longer has the last word over us.
Personal Prayer
Father in Heaven, thank you for freeing me from the power of evil. Thank You for letting me into the kingdom of Your Son. Please help me remember who I am in You: saved, redeemed, and free.
When I feel stressed out or scared again, please remind me that darkness has no power over my life. Let Your light show me the way today, and let Your peace fill my heart. Amen, in the name of Jesus.
