Reflection on Today's Verse
Sin promises satisfaction but always leads to emptiness, separation, and loss. Yet in the midst of that reality, God steps in—not with condemnation alone, but with a gift we could never deserve: eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Grace is not a reward for the righteous; it is mercy for the undeserving.
Today, instead of carrying the weight of guilt, let this verse remind you to live in gratitude—not striving to earn God’s love, but responding to it.
Personal Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ. I confess that I have sinned and fallen short, but I am grateful that Your grace is greater than my failures. Help me to live not in fear or guilt, but in the freedom and joy of Your salvation.
Teach me to walk daily in thankfulness, to choose righteousness not to earn Your favor, but because I already have it in Christ. Strengthen my heart to live boldly and gratefully for You.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
