Bible Verse Reflection

We are required to be brave and immovable in our Christian life. We must not be willing to sacrifice our faith, but rather to hold to what is noble and good as well as pure and right – gorgeous, beautiful, and admirable. This is done as we believe with God the Lord and with our whole hearts because He is the rock of our salvation and the foundation on which we rest.

We are called to be faithful to our sisters and brothers in Christ because we are all one in Him. In fact, we are part of His Body and joined in Him, not just in this world but also in the ages to follow.

My Prayer

Heavenly Father, we thank You for your goodness to us and for teaching us be godly in Your glory and praise. Let me stand with my faith and conduct myself in a manner that does not degrade Your name. Let me be aware of the devils that affect me as well as my sisters and brothers in Christ and not compromise the truth of the gospel of grace, but remain solid with the Lord and with the strength of His power.

Please help me resist the wiles of the devil and remain vigilant to his evil ways. Also, may everything I do and say be done with love to the glory of Your name and honor in Jesus name. Amen.
