Reflection on Today's Verse
The old scorekeeping you—the one hustling for worth—has already been buried with Christ. Your real life is sealed in a place no accusation can reach and no failure can spoil. Hidden doesn’t mean distant; it means secure. So you don’t live to prove anything today—you live to reveal Someone. When fear flares or pride bristles, remind your heart: That’s the old script. My life is elsewhere, kept, guarded, untouchable in Him. What anxious performance can you lay down because you’re already held?
Personal Prayer
Father, thank Thee that I am dead with Christ and that my life is hid with Him in Thee. Quiet my striving and fix my mind on things above. Teach me to walk from security, not toward it. Let Christ’s patience shape my words, His purity govern my choices, His love move my steps. When old habits whisper, answer them with Thy truth. Use me today to make Jesus visible—gentle, bold, and full of grace. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
